OUR STORY

Built around people, care and practical coordination.

SUKHA Care is developing a healthcare coordination platform focused on Myanmar-speaking patients and families navigating care in Thailand. We aim to bring a human-centered, transparent and professional approach to the steps surrounding—not replacing—clinical care.

WHAT CONNECTS US

Professional portrait. Human care. Institutional responsibility.

Different perspectives can strengthen a coordination journey when responsibilities are clear. Our emerging team model combines healthcare understanding with patient communication, community awareness and operational coordination.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND SUKHA CARE

Care begins with people.

Healthcare journeys involve more than appointments and destinations. They involve people, communication, understanding, and the confidence to take the next step. SUKHA Care is bringing together complementary healthcare, coordination, community, and operational perspectives to make practical care journeys clearer for Myanmar-speaking patients and families in Thailand.

Natsuda

Registered Nurse (Thailand)

Thailand Operations & Provider Relations

A Thai registered nursing background supporting informed Thailand-side coordination and professional communication.

Natsuda is a Registered Nurse in Thailand whose healthcare background brings a practical understanding of professional communication and care environments to SUKHA Care. Within SUKHA, her role focuses on Thailand-side operations, provider-facing communication, clearly defined responsibilities and the coordination of non-clinical arrangements where appropriate. Her nursing qualification informs the team’s professional perspective; it does not mean SUKHA operates as a hospital, clinic or nursing-service provider, or that SUKHA offers diagnosis or treatment.

OUR SHARED PRINCIPLES

Different strengths. One shared purpose.

01

We listen before we act.

Each person brings different questions and circumstances. Understanding the inquiry comes before proposing a coordination step.

02

We communicate with clarity.

Clear information, responsibilities and next steps help people navigate conversations with the appropriate healthcare professionals.

03

We coordinate responsibly.

Practical arrangements need appropriate communication, attention to detail and respect for personal information.

04

We respect professional boundaries.

SUKHA provides non-clinical coordination. Diagnosis, treatment and other clinical decisions belong to appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

TRUST & ACCOUNTABILITY

Trust is not a claim. It is a responsibility.

Professional credibility depends on what an organization actually does: honest communication, clear responsibilities, respect for private information and accurate representation of experience.

These statements describe the principles guiding SUKHA Care. They do not claim external certification, formal hospital endorsement, or independent accreditation.

Good care connections begin with trust.

We aim to help Myanmar-speaking patients and families understand and coordinate the practical steps surrounding healthcare in Thailand—through human understanding, responsible communication and clear professional boundaries.

Connected by Care.
